Grundfos brings environmental pumping systems into the 21st century with the new Redi-Flo3 submersible pump. As part of Grundfos Pumps Corporations continuing development of Redi-Flo Environmental Products, Grundfos has developed the Redi-Flo3 (SQE-NE) pump line. The Redi-Flo3 brings environmental submersible pumping systems into the 21st century.
These new pumps feature an all new high efficiency permanent-magnet motor that not only delivers an ultra-high starting torque, but also provides internal protection against pump dry-run, over and under voltage, plus overload and over-temperature safety.
The Redi-Flo3 pump-end uses a floating impeller technology and environmentally tough materials of construction to give excellent wear resistance and solids handling capability. This meets the stringent requirements of environmental applications.
The combination of integrated microelectronics in the pump and the optional Redi-Flo3 status box at the surface allows communication with the pump through standard electrical motor leads. No additional wires are required. This feature also provides the integration of multiple sensors, digital input and relays without traditional extra electronics and cost.

Grundfos environmental pumps have an innovative design that will not disrupt the environment. These aerated pumps are a cost-effective solution that cause little disruption to the environment in which they are placed. Grundfos environmental pumps can purge, collect groundwater samplings and monitor wells. They are remediation pumps that can re-mediate contaminated ground water and pump effluent waste. Grundfos environmental pumps can be used in many environmental settings, including in wells, fountains and waterfalls.
