Features and Benefits
3-A approved pumps for sanitary food and beverage applications. Pumps certified 3-A standard 02-10 and pump stands certified to standard 88-00.
Pump liquid end components are degreased, pickled, passivated, polished and electro-polished as standard to provide the highest level of cleanability for ultimate bacteriological purity.
The mechanical seal is a balanced, internal design with internal self flushing. Resists product build-up, promotes ease of cleaning and resists water hammer.
The impeller and shaft are in one piece which avoids the pumped product making contact with the shaft eliminating dowled or screwed machined surfaces that can trap bacteria.
Ten casing sizes are available and volute shapes are used to improve the efficiency and reduce energy use for a wide variety of working conditions.
Open impellers are provided for gentle product handling and non-clog operation. Open impellers also eliminate axial bearing stress and reduce seal pressure for extended life.
Pumps are close coupled to standard NEMA 56J and JM motors and are available with wash down enclosures or open drip proof with motor covers. This improves motor availability and reduces costs.
