PACO Pumps model NCF is a vertical, stand mounted, flexibly coupled, dry pit non-clog pump.
The NCF features a heavy cast iron suction elbow with a contoured cleanout for ease of maintenance. Other standard design features include a heavy cast iron, adjustable bearing frame with roller and ball bearings. PACO uses an oversized shaft to help minimize deflection to not more than .002" at shutoff head. These design features allow the NCF to maintain a bearing life well over 100,000 hours.
The standard two port impellers are designed for large solids handling, provided with back pump-out vanes, and L-shaped wear plates. The NCF is standard fitted with rugged Class 30 cast iron, with several selections of optional alloy materials available.
The NCF will accommodate many different seal types most commonly used in a non-clog application.
