PACO Pumps model NCP is a vertical, stand mounted, shaft driven, dry pit non-clog pump.
The NCP features a heavy cast iron suction elbow with a contoured cleanout for ease of maintenance. Other standard design features include a heavy cast iron, adjustable bearing frame with roller and ball bearings. PACO uses an oversized shaft to help minimize deflection to not more than .002" at shutoff head. These design features allow the NCP to maintain a bearing life well over 100,000 hours.
The standard two port impellers are designed for large solids handling, provided with back pump-out vanes, and L-shaped wear plates. The NCP is standard fitted with rugged Class 30 cast iron, with several selections of optional alloy materials available.
The NCP will accommodate many different seal types most commonly used in a non-clog application.
