PACO Pumps model NCU is a horizontal, close-coupled, dry pit non-clog pump.
The NCU design makes these pumps exceptionally suitable and desirable in installations where space and piping configurations are critical. The NCU is ideally suited for pre-packaged pumping stations, confined on-site locations, and retrofitting of pre-existing sites.
The pump and motor are close-coupled using a common oversized shaft to help minimize deflection and extend both the seal and bearing life. The standard two port impellers are designed for large solids handling provided with back pump-out vanes, and L-shaped wear plates. The NCU is standard fitted with rugged Class 30 cast iron, with several selections of optional alloy materials available.
